Depending on the topic or organization, prices can vary. Business and Motivational lecture insurance is pretty simple and affordable. Usually, it involves a General Liability policy and may include liquor liability coverage, if alcohol is served as part of the event. If the event is overnight an Accident Medical policy is required to protect the participants.

Religious topics are not so easy. For example, it is difficult to place coverage for Christian Evangelicals because there have been claims in the past due to protesters and the group clashing. Any fundamental group, no matter its beliefs is really tough as well. An experience broker will be able to help, but it may take some time to place your coverage.
